A wintry scene as we move towards the close of the year. The short days can still be inspiring and envigorating with coast and countryside to enjoy.

The Blythweb Group of Local Sites

The Blythweb Group of Local Sites has steadily grown over the years and now includes eight popular sites: In the month of August 2016 these websites received over 60,000 unique visitors! The Blythweb Group of Local Websites currently include:

All of these websites carry advertising in the form of banner adverts on their classified listing pages. In addition other promotion may be appropriate, eg clickable location links from maps, text links etc. In total the pages receive many thousands of visits every week so advertising on these pages is a very cost-effective method of telling people about -and driving traffic to- your website.

For those who already have a website

For those who already have a website a Banner advert on the Blythweb Group of Local Websites will link to it and costs just £120 per annum. This includes free use of the secure Members' Control Panel which allows advertisers to update the text element and contact details of your Banner (a very useful facility), and also provides live feedback about the number of times your website has been accessed by click-throughs from the Banner as well as a record of all email enquiries made to your business from the banner system.

For local businesses, community groups and organisations

We also create single page and multi-page websites for all manner of local businesses, attractions, local groups, and for holiday accommodation. These websites combine with a Banner advert and use of the secure Members' Control Panel (including bespoke site editing and updating as well as a live track record of visitor counts, email enquiries as well as other analytics and settings) into a very effective inclusive package. Where appropriate we offer client access and control if wished.
For businesses and local attractions we are experienced with websites both in the UK and abroad and are conversant with applications which include on-line catalogues, e-commerce etc . All new websites will of course be search engine and mobile device friendly.

For Bed and Breakfast accommodation

For Bed and Breakfast accommodation we can offer either a single page website, with up to 6 photographs and descriptive text, plus up to three related documents for download (eg Booking Form, Terms and Conditions document etc.), for just £240 per annum. This includes a Blythweb Banner advert (see above) and use of the secure Members' Control Panel allowing you to update and add new content to all parts of your cottage page, all set-up costs including photography, and unlimited updates throughout the year.
If you would prefer the website to operate under its own Domain Name, including with your own email services, then our charge is £400 per annum, which reflects the additional costs and work incurred. Websites on their own domain name are not limited and can feature multiple pages, still being easily manageable and editable from a secure control panel area.
If a larger or more dynamic website is appropriate we would be pleased to discuss this with you.

For Self Catering holiday accommodation

For Self Catering holiday accommodation a single page website, with up to 6 photographs and descriptive text, plus up to three related documents for download (eg Booking Form, Floor Plan, Location Map and/or Terms and Conditions), costs £240 per annum. This includes a Banner advert and use of the secure Members' Control Panel as above, all set-up costs including photography, and unlimited updates throughout the year. Booking information is easily updateable on-line using our secure Members' Control Panel allowing you to update and add content to any parts of your property page. Your property will also be included in our Self Catering Cottage Search facility at no additional charge.
We can also include extra features for managing your property tariffs, and managing online bookings and online provisional bookings. Also included is our online Availability System to show when the property is available for rental.

If you would prefer the website to operate under its own Domain Name, with your own email services, then our charge is £450 per annum, which reflects the additional costs and work incurred. Websites on their own domain name are not limited and can feature multiple pages, still being easily managable and editable from a secure control panel area.
If a larger or more dynamic website is appropriate we would be pleased to discuss this with you.

For those who already have their own self catering accommodation website our Availability System service costs just £50 per annum per property.

We are also able to create bespoke small database driven applications such as a Guestbook or Events Diary or similar for just £60 per annum for your existing website. Please enquire for further details.

For Self–Catering Properties we also have our Self Catering Search Pages where visitors can choose which criteria a property must have before viewing the results. This system is designed so that you will reach a lot more of the right sort of customers; making it easier for visitors to find what they're searching for and making online bookings more likely. This system is free to all of our website clients, and is available at £25 per property to our banner advertisers.
This system is an additional feature and runs in parallel with the existing wide ranging advertising across Blythweb’s Local Sites.
